Carly Lind , Creative Strategist

Carly Lind is a creative strategist guru that emerged during the early years of YouTube creators. After graduating from Berklee College of Music, she put her Music Business & Songwriting degree to the test. With business know-how and trial and error, she boomed on social media platforms landing multiple deals through her DMs. She was one of the first paid TikTok creators, and by 2019, she managed creators for TikTok’s creator program.

After garnering hundreds of thousands of followers and successful deals, it made sense to Carly to further her career and join the Unicorn Traffic team. With her creator and manager experience, she manages and produces content and creators for client ads. She still sees social media as an interesting avenue to stay connected with pop culture and develop brand success.

Carly finds the balance between her need for organization and creativity through her day-to-day work tasks. After hours, she connects to her roots as a singer-songwriter, practices yoga, and hosts monthly sound baths.
