Kaila Johnson’s superpower is being the ultimate people person. Her passion for empowering others to succeed enables her to support Unicorn Traffic teams and clients as the Client Communications Manager. Her determination to have clear and concise communication ensures quality relationships between team members. She leads communication with regular pulse checks and networking opportunities.
Kaila has over a decade of experience in communications, client relationship management, and public relations. From living in Europe to North America, her experience across B2C, government, and non-profit sectors have proven to be a great asset in the marketing world. One of her many accomplishments includes becoming an advisory committee member to the UK government on the Modern Slavery Act in 2015.
Kaila is currently co-authoring a book with HarperCollins where all the profits go towards a social enterprise that helps create jobs, community, and support for women from disadvantaged backgrounds. You may also find her traveling around the world, making an impact, exploring a new art exhibition, or sipping great wine and gin.
